Hotel Carla - Levanto

The breakfast spread was a feast for the senses-think fresh pastries and eggs cooked to perfection! The staff was cute. And bikes available to explore the fine surroundings was the cherry on top!

The only thing was that the outdoor street light shone into the bedroom at night, brightening the room. I wore an eye mask to help me sleep, but it would be lovely to add room darkening curtains for extra comfort.

Great-sized room, exceptionally comfortable bed, public parking. Wonderful bathroom, and central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were good, favourable location very close to train station, picturesque walk to the center of town, eateries and ferry and the many restaurants. The rooms were good-sized in general, with large bathroom.

The service was excellent during my stay. Everyone went out of their way to help with recommendations for nearby attractions like the stunning Castle of Levanto and beautiful Spiaggia Levanto, which were both just a short walk away. I also appreciated having bikes available for exploring the area. The room was comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options. It was a relaxing experience.

Price overstated

Good place with free wi-fi, 24-hour security, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped my elderly parents. I highly recommend trying the delicious breakfast. I'm definitely coming back for another trip.

The staff provided exceptional service, Great advice regarding day planning, tickets etc... The Hotel had beach chairs reserved for guests and the staff was also able to make reservations at restaurants that we could not get into directly.

Amazing location to explore Levanto and great service. Comfortable modern room, set close to the train station. Units with a balcony.

Room views could improve!!! A garden or street scene would add charm over the dreary building view we had. The location was quiet but a bit of an uphill trek was nice!!!

It offers terrific service...

Nice small hotel with adequete rooms. Excellent breakfast service included with room.

Location is not exactly as described. "View" of the ocean is actually very misleading -- we could barely see the ocean from our top floor balcony. Walk to beach was about 10 minutes, walk to train station also about 10 minutes. If you're planning to visit the Cinque Terre, stay in a different town, the hassle of the train connections is not worth it.

Breakfast wasn't very good compared to other hotels on this trip. Very difficult to find as its off the main road and no where does it tell you that plus the map showed it being on the other side of the road.

Tremedously helpful staff, multilingual but willing to allow you to attempt your best pidgin Italian without instantly reverting ot English (something I highly value in Italy). Good location within in easy walk of everything Levanto has to offer. Decent ability to park close by too.

The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a charming view. I appreciated the clean and modern decor. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh options like scrambled eggs and pastries. The staff were attentive, remembering my dietary needs and providing gluten-free options each morning. The hotel's location was ideal, just a quick walk to both the train station and the beach. One downside was the air conditioning in the common areas. They could have turned it on since it was quite hot . The coffee in the breakfast room could have been fresher. It tasted slightly burnt.
